As part of the let only service we would advertise your property extensively on our website and put up a striking To Let board (where permitted) as well as advertising on all other major property portals. Carry out all viewings. Once a suitable tenant has been found we will prepare a fully detailed inventory on the property, carry out credit, landlord and employer reference checks, have the contracts signed and serve the relevant notices in your behalf. Once completed we will forward a copy of the agreement, relevant notices and a statement to you. Our other service we offer is the Tenant find and fully Managed service
C & R offer all of the above as well as conducting a tenant check in service. We will notify all utility companies as well as carry out day to day management services.
